Why should someone be forced to violate their religious beliefs
and dispense a drug they believe ends life? They obviously know they can’t
fire this woman so they transferred her to a job where she would be more
likely to have to dispense abortifacients. I guess they hope she’ll just
quit.

Beltway Shooter Caught?
Have they caught the beltway shooter? Last I heard these guys were just “persons of interest” who were “wanted for questioning.”
I noticed the Washington Post didn’t identify him as a Muslim, but WorldNetDaily does.
No Wonder!
No wonder I had problems accessing several web sites yesterday. The largest ever DDOS attack targeted 9 of the 13 “root servers” that route almost all Internet communications. For those of you in Rio Linda, DDOS means “distributed denial of service.” Flooding a server with so much traffic that it can’t keep up with the demand.
Bookcrossing Success
I had two guys come by my cube today and say, “Free books!? Are they really free?” One of them took Dune: House Atreides and the other took The Dilbert Principle We’re going to make this Bookcrossing thing take off in Greenville!
Protect the Sheep
Sarah Brady and the rest of the anti-gun crowd are running around on a snipe hunt. In the end we have to remember “When wolves stalk the flock, best not to chain the dogs. And the flock is safer yet when the sheep grow fangs.”
