PBA Ban Soon?

Will
there be a partial-birth abortion ban soon? I’m sorry to
say, don’t count on it, liberals are still the majority of the
Senate. There are
at most 39 real conservatives in the Senate. (For instance, Senator-elect Dole is in the pro-abortion camp.) The liberals
still have a super-majority, they can filibuster any PBA ban
that might come to the Senate floor.
