News Bulletin: France announced today that it plans to ban fireworks at Euro Disney outside of Paris following last night's display that caused soldiers at a nearby French army garrison to surrender.

Mounting Casualties
CNSNews.com: “The emergence of sophisticated aircraft and weaponry has enabled the U.S. military to avoid high numbers of casualties in recent international conflicts.”
The way the media is reporting this you’d think they expected 0 casualities. As if conquering a country bigger than California can be expected to be as easy as driving an invading force out of a nation smaller than New Jersey. This is a war people! When I was in the Army we used to joke about “Join the Army, go see exotic places, meet new and interesting people and kill them!” Casualities are expected, that’s what happens in a war.

When are the NAG’s going to start complaining that the rest of the troops didn’t do enough to make sure this woman didn’t get captured? Will they make an even bigger stink if she gets raped? I don’t think we should be putting women in a position where they might be captured. Call me a male chauvanist for saying women don’t belong in the military, period.
More Proof
U.S. Finds Suspected Iraq Chemical Plant

width="75" align="right" border="0" />AP World News: “U.S. troops have found a suspected chemical factory in Iraq and officials were trying to determine late Sunday whether it was involved in making chemical weapons, U.S. officials said.“
More proof that we’re doing the right thing in Iraq. Oviously Hans and his gang weren’t doing their job. Our troops have been there for what, 5 days and we found the “smoking gun.” They didn’t want to find anything, so they didn’t.
