The Politics of Stem Cell Research

One of the things that annoys me most about the liberal media machine
and the Democratic candidates is their mischaracterization of George
Bush’s position on stem cell research.

First, they make "embryonic stem cell research" and "stem cell
research" into synonyms. They’re not. What they leave out is research
done on adult stem cells, most often harvested from bone marrow. They
also forget about stem cell research being done on umbilical cord
blood.
