The Princess Bride

One of my favorite movies, ever. We watched it just about every weekend during one year of College. I can recite lines from it over and over again. "’Ello, my name is Inigo Montoya, you killeda my father. Prepare to die!"

Recently I got to introduce this movie to the next generation, my daughter. She loves the movie almost as much as I do. "Inconveivable!" She’ll look at me and say, "Mawwage, mawwage is what bwings us together today. … and luv, true luv."

There’s only one really scary scene in the whole movie, so it’s safe for most kids to watch. Nobody dies a gruesome death. In fact, the first person to die, dies laughing. I highly recommend it.
