Illegal immigrants need not apply

A week after unified anti-war rallies garnered perhaps 25,000 protesters nation wide, protesters turning out for illegal immigrant “rights” numbered over 500,000. It almost brings a tear to your eye, until you realize the protests over the weekend were no different than if all the bank robbers and tax cheats in the nation got together and rallied for less regulation on theft and fraud.

()() Here’s a college kid that’s got his head screwed on straight. He understands the illegal immigration issue perfectly and writes about it much better than I ever could.

White House Chief of Staff Card Resigns

President Bush announced the resignation of White House chief of staff Andy Card on Wednesday and replaced him with budget director Joshua Bolten, saying “the next three years will demand much of those who serve our country.”

()() Is this the first step in a Whitehouse shake-up that will lead to Dick Cheney’s resignation? I certainly hope so, Bush needs to anoint Condi as his successor by making her VP now!

Moussaoui Says He Was to Hijack 5th Plane

Al-Qaida conspirator Zacarias Moussaoui testified Monday that he and would-be shoe bomber Richard Reid were supposed to hijack a fifth airplane on Sept. 11, 2001, and fly it into the White House. Moussaoui’s testimony on his own behalf stunned the courtroom as he disclosed details he had never revealed before.

Dude, I got to ask, why did you list me as a friend on your live journal? I mean, it’s cool and all if you want to read about my silly life, but after looking at your journal, we don’t seem to have a lot in common politically, which I noticed was the interest that we both listed on LJ. Just wondering…
