ACLU in bed with terrorists

Moonbats

In a not so suprising development, CAIR National Board Chairman Parvez Ahmed has been elected to the board of the American Civil Liberties Union of Florida.

“American Muslims view the protection of civil liberties as one of the most important issues facing our nation today,” said Ahmed. “By working with the ACLU in Florida, I hope to strengthen constitutional rights and help balance those rights with legitimate national security concerns.” Ahmed is a resident of Jacksonville, Fla.

The ACLU of Florida, with headquarters in Miami, is the local affiliate of the national organization. It has 16 staff members, 16 chapters and more than 22,000 members and supporters across Florida.

CAIR and the ACLU have cooperated on a number of issues at the national level to defile America like defending people with admitted terror ties, destroying National Security, and a number of other anti-American activities.

It really isn’t a suprising move for the ACLU to accept a member to the board from an organization with known terror ties. Its not like its the first time.

Anthropogenic Global Warming?

Environmental Whackos

I’ve said it before, I think humans have a very high opinion of themselves if they think they can mess up God’s creation this badly.

Gobal Warming “Evidence” Questioned

The scientific argument that humans have caused global warming – a major underpinning of the “Kyoto Protocols” – suffered a major blow last week, with the publication of a new study. The implications have not yet spread very far beyond the rarified circles of specialists, but the gospel of “anthropogenic” — human-caused — global warming has lost one of its intellectual foundations.

The biggest problem I have with the so-called scientists is that they only have accurate temperature records for less than a century. They have to guess what the temperature trends were before that. Guessing isn’t good science, it’s junk science.

Justice Life

Thank God. I know a lot of people have been praying for this.

South Dakota Gov Signs Abortion Ban, Planned Parenthood Lawsuit Expected

South Dakota Governor Mike Rounds signed legislation that would ban virtually all abortions in the state. The measure prohibits abortions with the lone rare exception of when the life of the mother is threatened.

Planned Barrenhood has vowed to fight this tooth and nail. They will probably file suit within the week. This will set up a showdown at the SCOTUS. I hope they decide that it’s within the state’s rights to limit or even ban abortion. Then each individual state will be able to make their own laws concerning this issue.

Pro-abortion forces know they would never have been able to make abortion legal in all 50 states through legislation, that’s why they went to the courts. Now the courts must say it’s not up to us to make abortion law, the state legislatures alone have that right.

NASCAR was born here

NASCAR North Carolina

NASCAR belongs here.

Charlotte may get Hall of Fame

Atlanta and Daytona Beach still feel good about their chances to land NASCAR’s Hall of Fame, even though a report from Charlotte said that city has already locked up a deal to build the shrine to stock-car racing.

This is where I thought the NASCAR Hall of Fame belonged from the beginning. The majority of the racing teams have their head quarters near the Charlotte Motor Speedway and it only makes sense to put the museum near them.
