Snip:
The trouble with these people is that their cities have never been bombed and their mothers have never been told to shut up.
Charles Bukoswski was an American poet and novelist who wrote the above quote in relation to the American people, but it relates to more than just Americans - it describes a lot of the western world. And the quote not only applies to war, it applies to the entire lifestyle that we take for granted.

Snip: A California student has filed a federal lawsuit claiming high school officials intentionally interfered with his right to speak out on the issue of illegal immigration. Joshua Denhalter of Jurupa Valley High School in Mira Loma, Calif., alleges he was barred from holding a counter-protest after students March 27, mostly of Mexican-American descent, illegally walked out of school in protest of legislation in the U.S. House of Representatives that would make being in the country illegally a felony.

Snip: The evidence here that global warming is driving humanity to, as Al Gore put it, “a collision between our civilization and the planet,” is still debatable and therefore not quite large enough to meet the claim. ()() In case you haven’t figured it out, Watermelons are Environmental Wackos who are Green on the outside and Red (Communists) on the inside.

Snip: It’s been two years since Arkansas schools started sending letters home to parents with their kids’ report cards letters telling them if their children were fat. Plenty of parents weren’t happy.
()() I’d be pretty pissed if the school told me my kid was fat. Seems like they have time to do everything but teach readin’, ‘ritin’, and ‘rithmatic.

Kids dont have the same rights as adults, like the right to protest at school, sorry but the conservatives on SCOTUS have spoken.
As for communists and the environment, communist states never had environmental protection policies and jailed their environmentalists as political dissidents. Try again, when you’re more informed.
As for the Western world not experiencing their cities being bombed, most people there still suffer from the bomb scares because of old WWI and WWII muntions. Not to mention terrorism, which they managed to beat without violating civil rights.

The Greens in the U.S. today take their environmentalism one step beyond just being “green.” Their solution for all our environmental problems? More government control. In fact, they want so much government control that if they get their way, we’ll become a Communist country.
