Drunken Chicken with crispy skin

Since I didn’t have any Mooseburger Helper on hand, I decided to cook this tonight.
The skin crisped up very nicely this time. Kept the meat moist and juicy. Thank you Paula Dean for suggesting 15 minutes at 425 and then reducing the temp to 350.
It seems like TJ really liked the chicken.
