Way back in 1983, Steve Taylor wrote a song Whatever Happened to Sin? After watching the news this morning I was reminded of one verse in the song that goes like this:
I heard the Reverend say
“Gay is probably normal in the Good Lord’s sight
What’s to be debated?

Or is it? Some conservatives have been expecting this news for at least the past week.
