Since I didn’t have any Mooseburger Helper on hand, I decided to cook this tonight.
The skin crisped up very nicely this time. Kept the meat moist and juicy. Thank you Paula Dean for suggesting 15 minutes at 425 and then reducing the temp to 350.

I bought this ice cream at Wegman’s
The carton makes the ice cream look purple,but the contents look like regular brown chocolate.
I was actually a little disappointed that the ice cream wasn’t purple. I was looking forward to something a little different.
