Declaration of Independence unconstitutional?

School district sued for censoring founding documents, state constitutions

In a season typified by lawsuits against manger scenes, crosses and even the words “Merry Christmas,” a California case is taking the “separation of church and state” one step further — dealing with whether it’s unconstitutional to read the Declaration of Independence in public school.

This is just the latest example of liberal lunacy run amok. Why are these people so afraid of references to God? The first amendment protects churches from the government. It doesn’t create religion free zones in public schools.

Liberal Media Bias

Media Bias

The headline to this article is troubling. It shows the perfect liberal media bias.

Court OKs Encouraging Abortion Violence

This court decision most definitely does not say that it’s OK to encourage abortion violence. What it does say is that the right of website owners to speak their mind is protected speech under the 1st amendment. I don’t think any court will ever say it’s OK to encourage violence.

When will the liberal media get a clue? Must they always present biased reporting when it comes to Pro-Life views? Their clear bias is shown when they use the phrase “anti-abortion rights activists.”

This is another topic that could become a regular feature in this weblog.
