Has anybody in the President’s party actually put a pen to paper to write a bill that will solve this debt crisis? I’ve searched all over the Library of Congress website and I can’t find anything. The only bill I see out there is HR2560, the bill that passed the House with bi-partisan support and Harry Reid refused to bring up for a vote in the Senate.
Tabling this debt ceiling bill without debate is not fair to the American people. Harry Reid should allow debate and ultimately an up or down vote. Democrats have put forth no bill of their own, they haven’t even proposed a budget for over two years!
